It’s Q&A time! You can ask your own question here for a chance to have it answered in an upcoming edition.

This week’s answer (a relative quickie, at 1,100 words instead of my usual 2,500+) is for paid subscribers, but everyone can read the question.

I’m normally skeptical about all diets, but I’ve encountered several medical professionals in my personal life who say they’re on the keto diet. They’re not suggesting it to me as something I should do, but they are sharing their own experiences. Isn’t there a reason I’m not “naturally” in ketosis?
